this site is pure garbage!! do not order from this company; great prices, poor service. do not expedite anything from this company! you will definitely not get this item in time and you will loose out on your money!!

seems like im not the only one who wants to know where my package is it has been standing since April.2
and they have not said anything about the package !!!

after almost 4 weeks i still didnt get my order...

I have purchased from mnml before and never had issues buying and receiving my orders from them. However, recently I made 2 purchases and was very unhappy with the products itself.
The first purchase, I got the everyday sweatshorts and the D212 denim. The sweatshorts came defected with large fraying on the drawstrings and the jeans were too tight for me (size 29), to the point I could not sit comfortably down on a chair. I knew the jeans were my fault since I got them in the wrong size. I reached out to them and after awhile, I was informed that I could get a replacement for the defected shorts and as for the jeans, I could not since it was my fault, which I absolutely understand and was happy enough that I could get a replacement for the shorts.
Fast forward, I was lucky enough to sell of my D212 denim, which I got in the wrong size, to someone. So I was glad and decided to buy 2 pairs for D212 denim in blue & black color and this time in my right size, 30.
Afterwards, I got them they came in time, however, sadly I think the D212 jeans do not fit me. Because, this time as I tried them both on, they left the "bulge" effect on my crotch area, you get the drift. And this could be concluded from the fact that the waist size of the jeans are bigger than my waist size, but it's the usual kind that u can fix with a belt, but for this jeans I have no idea, perhaps this jeans really ain't for me. I simply do not like the idea that there's an awkward bulge at my crotch area, even without a belt... Even though some of my shirts goes below my crotch, it's still a bummer, because having this bulge effect, just means that the jeans do not fit u nicely, and it just bothers me.
Additionally, it's been a week or so and I still have not received tracking from mnml about my replacement shorts.. and I am also stuck with these 2 jeans that do not fit me well and give me the awkward crotch look.
In a nutshell, I have absolutely no issues with mnml shipping and all, I am from asia btw. My main issue is probably still the D212 denim, I did leave a review on their page but I know it wouldn't be published because it would deter people from buying so I am saying it here. Additionally, also about their slow response after promising to give me a replacement for my defected shorts.
**UPDATE**
I received tracking for the replacement shorts today. Overall, I can't agree with those who say they never receive their stuff or saying they have poor customer service. Because a) I always receive what I purchase and b) they do have a decent customer service.

I Will never suggest your brand to anyone, I tried to order cargo pants 3x but it was keeping sending mails that my order has been canceled, and they still took my money 3x and now I am writing to them via instagram, emails and no replies back they littualy charge me 200$ for no orders!!!!!!

Literally 0 customer service whatsoever. Issue completely unresolved. Sent 4 follow up emails weeks apart and have heard nothing! It's poor you are running a business like this and simply ignoring hundreds or people, evidently. I will never order again. mnml

I am giving 1 star because I ordered a GAT sneaker and with tax, total price was $105. I received item and I found out it was too big for me. I usually wear size 10 but from mnml, the size was too big for me. I wanted to return and they charged me $8 handling fee. Amazon have a free return policy for above $25. I am not buying anything from MNML. It looks like MNML does not care about customer. They should also have a free return policy for order above $25.

They sent me a fraudulent item and it took over a month to send. Do not buy from this country they are a fake.

So unprofessional. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Never received my order & it’s been over 2 months. Have not replied to over my 10emails I have sent them. I don’t know any other way to contact them. I am a student on low income, they haven’t even given me a refund. If you are clearly incapable of doing international shipping don’t make it an option.

Zero stars is more like it! Sent back a refund. Provided proof they received returned package and still no refund. No one reply's to my emails and I can not find a number to call. ????????

I have experienced no problems! I ordered my items on dec 4th and got my stuff on the 12th. with all free shipping. I know some of y'all are lowkey skeptical of some of the bad reviews, but Im pretty impressed that I got my items during the holiday season too, and me being from Hawaii where items take fairly longer to get here, my clothes got here in a timely manner.
